Here's a new take on that age-old time management tool, the To Do list.  Like everybody else, I've got a list of all those tasks I'm trying to get done on a daily basis. I tend to feel great when I cross everything off and less than great when I don't. It recently occurred to me though, that there are other types of things I want to do on a daily basis like laugh, dance, sit still, be kind, serve others. These types of things fit more into the idea that we are human 'beings', not human 'doings'. They feed the soul. If you're having a bad day because your task completion isn't going well, shift your focus to all the ways you're being your best. Compassion and kindness can be more fulfilling than finishing that report.

On-going Consulting: Designed to help you conquer your organizing challenges, our on-going sessions consist of coaching around organizing and my hands-on help with decluttering and removal of any items you decide to donate. Donating helps you see more progress right away and it prevents the donation items from becoming a new pile of clutter. $50.00/hour

*All clients receive a postcard after each session that summarizes the activity in that session and celebrates progress!
